Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Please ensure that you are committed before booking, as all online bookings on www.aishasole.com (for mentoring, training, retreats, private sessions, events, etc.) are non-refundable. (See point 2 for information on transferring your credit to another program.)

2. If you have paid online for any of the offerings on aishasole.com (e.g., training, retreats, sessions, events, etc.) and cannot participate for any reason, the paid amount will be credited towards any other offerings from aishasole.com (future retreats, training, private sessions, online courses, etc.). This credit must be used within 6 months.

3. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel, change, or reschedule a private session. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.

4. If a session, retreat, event, or training must be canceled due to an emergency, the paid amount will be credited towards any other offerings from aishasole.com (future retreats, training, private sessions, online courses, etc.). This credit must also be used within 6 months.

5. Various payment options are available. You can make payment in a different currency; please select this option at the time of purchase.
   

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. For any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the competent court in Zurich shall have jurisdiction. The parties agree to seek an amicable resolution in case of disagreements before legal action is taken.

Data Protection

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection regulations of the Confederation (Data Protection Act, DPA), every person is entitled to the protection of their privacy and against misuse of their personal data.
